John W. Nilon, III

In April of 2000 John established J.N. Solutions - an executive search solutions firm. J.N. Solutions' clients are emerging technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services companies.

Previously John spent two years with Howard Fischer Associates focused on the executive staffing needs of Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies. John identified Board Members, CEOs and their direct reports for companies funded by the likes of Kleiner, Perkins, Caulfield & Byers, Crosspoint Ventures, Accel Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark Capital, and Columbia Capital.

John began his career as an executive recruiter in 1994 with Kenexa (formerly Raymond Karsan Associates). While with Kenexa John spearheaded the initiative that transformed Kenexa's information technology staffing practice into an executive search team. John was a key member of teams that reorganized the company's compensation structure and training programs. The information technology practice's revenues doubled year over year from 1994 through 1999 while the company grew from 30 to 400 people. Just prior to his departure John developed the framework for Kenexa's process improvement consulting practice.

John holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics & Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Arts in International Relations.
