Vice President, Operations

The Vice President of Operations will lead continued growth and profitability for North American Operations. The individual will work closely with the COO and CEO to guide the company through appropriate transitions of infrastructure and culture compatible with the next stage of the company's growth. The VP will enhance, develop, and integrate increasingly sophisticated analytical and management tools to reflect the escalating needs of the organization. The leadership style of the Vice President will ensure that evolution throughout the organization occurs with subtlety to maintain the high morale and enthusiasm within the growing company.

The Vice President will manage the P&L for North American Operations with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and return on assets. The North American team consists of one-hundred individuals across two sites. The VP will have a close relationship with a counterpart in Switzerland and together will collaborate to coordinate work and maximize efficiencies.

The Vice President will utilize existing, and develop new, systems and tools to extract relevant data for decision support. The VP will utilize data and insight to impose predictability upon the variables that impact the P&L. The Vice President will define and extrapolate key metrics to drive decisions, anticipate problems, and support strategic direction. The individual will recognize trends to anticipate and avoid potential pitfalls inherent in a rapid-growth organization. The VP will proactively present strategic guidance and decisions to the COO and CEO supported by facts and analysis of data.

The Vice President will mentor and develop their management team and define a succession plan as needed.

The position will be based in Wareham, Massachusetts. The individual will travel as needed in accordance with the growth of the business.
